Privacy notice.
IncentivPay is a product powered by PMPS™. This page describes the proposed website data-handling notice based on the marketing and lead-capture implementation.
Information submitted by you
Marketing forms may collect your email address, company or website URL, name and the information you choose to provide. A booking request stores your email and website before it opens the external appointment scheduler.
Technical and attribution information
The current lead-capture backend records a form's source, time, limited campaign attribution fields, browser user-agent and client IP. It may also receive Meta browser attribution identifiers when available.
How information is used
The marketing lead workflow stores submissions in Cloudflare D1, attempts to create or update a contact in HubSpot, and uses Google Calendar to identify a confirmed booking with the matching email. A Meta server-side booking conversion is emitted only after confirmation when configured.
Optional analytics
The redesigned website does not load its optional Meta pixel unless you opt in and the operator configures a pixel ID. Essential website navigation works without marketing analytics.
External providers
Lead handling may involve Cloudflare, HubSpot, Google Calendar and Meta. Their own privacy terms and the actual account configuration should be checked for the approved notice. Third-party pages are governed by their own policies.
Security and your requests
For questions about personal data, access or deletion, contact support@incentivpay.com. Specific retention periods, controller entity details, cross-border transfer wording and applicable data-rights procedures must be finalized by the company before publication.
