One moment. One readable promise.

Picture a café trying to give occasional guests a reason to visit twice this month. Rather than discount every latte, it can test a carefully defined return-visit reward tied to a public event.

Make the sign do one job

The QR code should explain the benefit and link to an accessible page. It must not hide the reward form, eligibility, dates, caps or a route to official rules. The landing page should work just as well on a budget phone on a busy counter.

Make the merchant workflow visible

A campaign owner approves the goal, capacity, creative, terms and any funding. On launch day, staff should know what the customer sees, what they may ask and where to send support questions.

Plan for both outcomes

What happens if the event occurs? How does the customer claim the reward? What if it doesn't occur, or the source is delayed? Clear status messages and customer support routes matter more than any animation.

Keep the first activation simple enough to learn from: one location, one offer, one window, one primary result.
